Hayswood Home Health is a non-profit charitable organization established in 1972 to provide nursing care and other medically related services in the home of the residents of Mason, Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, and Robertson counties in Kentucky.

Our mission is to provide services which meet the home health care needs of the residents of the Buffalo Trace area. We strive to meet even the most challenging personal concerns of our patients. We are dedicated to high professional standards, quality, and a compassionate delivery of services — all done in the most cost-effective way possible.
